Each 15-minute slot will accommodate all non-accepted entries by the same artist. All artists must plan to pick up their work within the scheduled timeframe, or make arrangements for (and inform the Museum in advance of) an authorized person to sign for them. The Museum will not release art to anyone other than the artist without advance authorization.
